adult education

Education is not just for children!

As adults, we continue to grow in faith. In addition to personal devotion, we join other parishioners to grow as a faith community.

During the year, St. Agnes parish offers many options for adult faith enrichment. These include guest speakers and video series on faith-related topics. Past presentations include: Scripture, Catholicism, Human Trafficking, and Total Consecration to Mary. Current and upcoming opportunities can be found on the EVENTS page of this website.

For adults seeking to become members of the Catholic Church, the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) is offered. This involves several sessions introducing you to the Catholic Church and the center of our belief, Jesus Christ.

Please contact the Parish Office 920-494-2534 for more information.

Journey Into The Desert

When people think about a desert, many thoughts or images will enter their minds depending on where they’re at in life. Some may feel dryness, loneliness, or desperation. Some may feel it’s an escape from the daily routine, an adventure or exploration!

Biblically, a desert experience can be a retreat from life, a time of evaluating or testing your faith, perhaps to get a handle on where you’re at in life right now. Or simply to be with God for a while.

All are welcome!

New Schedule!

Meets on Wednesdays in the St. Gabriel Room at church.

Two Topics each week.

First session begins at 5:00 p.m., Second session at 6:00 p.m.

Come for one or all sessions – each stands alone.

January and February sessions include an overview of Church History, Catholic Morality and a weekly walk through the Seven Sacraments. The Season of Lent will take us on a detailed view of Lenten Customs and Practices, a study of the Creed, the Lord’s Prayer and the Meaning of Holy Week.
