To have contributions recognized in 2017, they must be delivered to the parish office in person prior to noon on Friday, December 29, dropped into the collection basket in church prior to, or during, the 11 a.m. Mass on December 31, or postmarked by December 31, 2017.

Congratulations to

Taylor Debski, Brandon Van Pay and Michael Counard

who were welcomed into the Catechumenate last weekend. 

 

Brandon will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation; 

Taylor will becoming into Full Communion with the church.

Michael will be completing his Initiation Sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.

THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE CONFRATERNITY OF THE MOST HOLY ROSARY, ST. AGNES CHAPTER

This meeting will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth Street, Green Bay, 54304. All Catholics in the area are invited to attend. In honor of our Blessed Mother and commemorating the birth of our Lord at Christmas, we will be praying the Joyful Mysteries of a meditated Scriptural Rosary and reciting the Canticle of Mary. A Christmas Carol Sing-along and refreshments will follow the Service.

The History of the Diocese of Green Bay

For 150 years, the Catholic Church has taken root in northeastern Wisconsin. To celebrate this 150th Jubilee year, a book has been produced with relates the rich history of our diocese along with the backgrounds of individual parishes. The books will be available for purchase in the narthex for three weekends beginning November 25 & 26. This hard cover book costs $35. 

 

Also available: Graphic novels (“comic book” style)telling the history of the diocese through a pictorial and narrative representation. Hard cover: $20 Soft cover: $15

Adult sessions are now beginning. We invite you to learn what the Church teaches, and be introduced to some of our parish members. These sessions also are opportunities for you to ask questions you may have about the Church.
